Here’s my go-to sweet and spicy pineapple salsa that pairs perfectly with grilled meats and seafood, on tacos or with chips.
Spicy Pineapple Salsa
Makes 3 cups
Prep time: 15 minutes
1-1/2 cups fresh or canned pineapple, crushed or diced
1-1/2 cups fresh mango, diced
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 large jalapeño, seeds removed and finely diced
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
A drizzle of olive oil
1. Add all your ingredients to a medium bowl, tossing to combine. Taste and season with additional salt or lime as needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
This pineapple salsa will keep in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
